Laughter Yoga is an exercise program blending deep breathing, stretching, simulated laughter exercises and child-like playfulness. Based on the premise of laugh for no reason it is an efficient means of expressing and releasing tension in a positive and supported environment. You don’t need to be happy, have a sense of humour or even have a reason to laugh. Laughter is contagious so laughing in a group helps to stimulate natural laughter.
