Redcliffe Festival of Sails is located at Suttons Beach on the Redcliffe Peninsula, just 40 min north of the Brisbane CBD.
During the celebrations, there will be a number of changes to car park, road and traffic conditions. Please abide by all traffic control and parking signs.
Large crowds are expected around the Redcliffe Seaside Village Precinct and Suttons Beach Park for the festival. Patrons attending the celebrations are being encouraged to travel via free shuttle buses operating from the Redcliffe Showgrounds and Kippa-Ring Train Station.
Please note that Suttons Beach car park will also be closed for the event from 12pm, Thursday 14 April and reopening at 7pm, Friday 15 April. Settlement Cove Car Park will be closed for the duration of the event.
Travel north on the Bruce Highway and take EXIT 133. Follow the signs along Anzac Avenue to Redcliffe (approximately 9km).
Travel north on the Gateway Motorway and take the Deagon Deviation exit crossing the Houghton Highway bridge to Redcliffe (approximately 10km).

Take the stress out of parking with FREE parking at the Redcliffe Showgrounds, Redcliffe and catch the courtesy shuttle bus to the festival. The shuttle runs frequently from 8:30am to 5pm on a continuous loop.
To assist with traffic and congestion in the local area regulatory ‘No Stopping’ signs will be installed in surrounding streets off Suttons Beach Park & Marine Parade. These include: Haskins Street, McCarthy Street, Langdon Avenue and Dix Street. Please note that parking restrictions apply and fines may be issued.
Take the Redcliffe Peninsula line to Kippa-Ring Station and connect with the bus service to Redcliffe. For train timetable details visit www.translink.com.au.

As restrictions ease and we move into recovery, public transport will continue to play a key role in keeping ourcities moving.

A courtesy shuttle bus will service Redcliffe Showgrounds, Kippa-Ring Station and the festival from 8:30am to 5pm.
HOWEVER, please note the shuttle bus will coincide with train arrivals and will operate every half hour from the Train station. Please refer to Translink for train timetables
